Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management of Productivity and Performance
This programme is structured into a range of units which can run as short courses (organised as practical workshops) or accessed as online programmes. They are designed to build knowledge and competence to support the leadership and management of organisations that want to drive improvements in productivity, and in individual and team performance.
Students complete a group of units to build up to either the Diploma (38 credits) or the Certificate (14 credits) in Leadership & Management of Productivity and Performance. Students can receive a certificate for each unit successfully completed.
