The Institute of Productivity is a network of experts brought together by a set of shared values and a mission to further develop and promote SEE productivity.

Professor Mike Dillon, the Chief Executive Officer of IoP,  is a world-renowned expert on manufacturing strategy and on the seafood sector and has recently been involved in a number of major international projects, working with UNIDO and the World Bank.

Mike is Vice-President of the World Network of Productivity Organizations, a Fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science and Secretary of IAFI, the association of seafood professionals.

Mike is the author of a number of books and many journal articles, and is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences.

John Heap, the Managing Director of IoP,  is the immediate past-president of the World Confederation of Productivity Science, President of the European Association of National Productivity Centres,, a Member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Consultancy and Productivity Research (India), a director of Juice e-Learning and visiting professor at Srinivas Institute of Management Studies in Mangalore, India.

John, like Mike, is the author of a number of books and journal articles and a regular keynote presenter at international conferences.

Daniel Khan is the Chief Operating Officer of the Institute of Productivity. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management as well as a Diploma in Theology and has extensive experience in further and higher education and was principal of the Grimsby institute.

Daniel has served as a Chief Executive of Open College Network London which is an awarding body for qualifications registered by the UK government and in 2007 was awarded the Queen's OBE. He has also been awarded the Outstanding Star Award for Leadership by the UK government and the business personality of the year 2008.

Tracy  George is Business Development Director for IoP.  Tracy has over 25 years of account management experience – building strategic networks, developing business opportunities  and building strategic trading relationships principally within the major retail, foodservice and manufacturing sectors. Tracy also has experience in new category development and new product development and in the development and accreditation of learning materials.

Alex Friar is the IoP Project Manager. Alex has a strong background in Workforce Planning, Process & Productivity Management. Alex has extensive experience improving business performance across a range of clients and locations having worked for one of the world’s leading Fortune Global 500 consultancy companies. Alex has a BSc (Hons) degree in Zoology.

Byron Pratt is a tutor, assessor and internal verifier, helping to assure the quality of our work and our assessments. Byron has extensive experience in the education sector, and before that in the manufacturing and food processing sectors.  Byron has also worked in India, specialising in employability skills development.

Manoj Nagaraja is IoP's  International coordinator for India. Manoj has his first degree in Business Management and completed his Master's degree with Leeds Metropolitan University United Kingdom in Productivity and Innovation Development. Manoj has around 10 years of experience in recruiting students to undertake post-graduate qualifications in U.K. Universities and undertake specialist study tours. He understands the sometimes arcane rules of U.K. Visa processing and the workings of, and support from, the British Council. Manoj has coordinated a number of United Kingdom-India Educational Research Initiatives (UKIERI) programs. Manoj has been coordinating short term taster programs between the UK's Grimsby Institute and a variety of Indian Universities and Colleges since 2007 and around 700 Indian students have  benefited from these short-term programmes.

Gautham Balasubramany has been Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Productivity since March 2017. Prior to this he was founder at Prodzeno Consulting Private Limited and Auctifer Consultants Private Limited . He holds a Master's degree in Productivity and Innovation sustaining world class development  from Grimsby Institute and Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He also, serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of the India Technology Congress Association and is responsible for commercial strategies involving partnerships between commercial organisations and educational and government agencies.
