MBA Study Tour - Leading Continuous Improvement (Kaizen).  

This 10 day study programme is an example of what we offer on UK Study Tours. This programme is aimed at MBA students who wish to undertake an 'added value' programme in the UK and takes students through the process of developing and executing a continuous improvement programme in support of an agreed business strategy.

The majority of the course is classroom-based, built in workshop format, with a range of interactive exercises and activities based on real business scenarios and case studies.  

Students will also visit local businesses where they will be able to apply what they have learnt in real business situations - analysing business operations, examining business strategy and improving business operations.

We can also build in cultural and leisure activities if required.
