Study Tour - Leadership of Educational Organisations

This is another example of a UK Study Tour organised by the Institute of Productivity : this tour builds on the extensive experience of the IoP leadership team in the further and higher education sectors, and takes delegates through key issues of managing people, managing change and improving performance in the context of an educational organisation - whether that be school, college or university.
